Unable to open Auth key

Overview

When the admins downloads the Auth key they are unable to double-click on the Auth key to activate the user device.

To troubleshoot

  1. Right click on the .idk file and go to Properties.
  2. Click the Change button besides the Opens with option.
  3. Select inSyncAgent.exe from the application list if available.
  4. If not available go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Druva\inSync and select inSyncAgent.exe.
  5. Click OK.

After making the changes you will be able to double click on the .idk file for activating the user device.
