Unable to open Auth key
Overview
When the admins downloads the Auth key they are unable to double-click on the Auth key to activate the user device.
To troubleshoot
- Right click on the .idk file and go to Properties.
- Click the Change button besides the Opens with option.
- Select inSyncAgent.exe from the application list if available.
- If not available go to location C:\Program Files (x86)\Druva\inSync and select inSyncAgent.exe.
- Click OK.
After making the changes you will be able to double click on the .idk file for activating the user device.
