Overview

This article explains how you can identify the account used to configure Microsoft 365 on inSync

Login to Azure as a Global Admin.
Go to the Enterprise application and search “Druva M365”.
Click on “Druva M365” app -> Users and Groups.
The user listed on the page is the account used to configure Microsoft 365 on inSync.

Note: If you see more than 1 account, it means the configuration has been done multiple times with all the accounts listed here.
