Unable to restore OneDrive data to a different user Account
This article talks about the steps on how to troubleshoot OneDrive restore failure with error “An Expected error has occurred. Please try again after sometime”.
When admin clicks on restore to a different account and initiates a restore he gets the below mentioned error on the Admin Portal
“An Expected error has occurred. Please try again after sometime”.
In order to resolve the issue we need to Ensure that the destination user account i.e userB@druva.local has configured OneDrive and is active in Druva.
If OneDrive is not configured then have the user log into OneDrive and initiate a restore.
