Error while installing Druva inSync client
When you try to install inSync Client on Windows, the following error is displayed:
" The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.
Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "inSync.msi" in the box below."
The previous inSync un-installation was not completed successfully and some leftover registries might cause issues.
1. Open services.msc > Windows installer. Restart the service and set it to automatic.
2. Open RegEdit > Goto > HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products
3. Search for product name: insync in the right pane. Take the backup of the registry and delete the registry GUID.
4. Restart the machine and try the installation.
