Overview

Once the emails for the end user accounts are selected to be downloaded as PST. The emails are converted to PST format after the conversion is complete, Druva sends an email to the registered email address with a link to download the data.
If the email isnt received containing the PST download link, the admin can still access the PST download link from the inSync admin console

Procedure title

1. On the inSync Management Console menu bar , click Audit Trails.

2. Click the Admin Audit Trail tab.

3. Here you may observe the following activity event.<Admin_name> conversion request for <end_user> data is successful and ready for download

4. Expand the activity event and you will observe an hyperlink to download the PST files
