Team Metadata Backup failed
Problem description
If the Teams is archived, inSync will keep backing up the Site collection, Files, and conversation as they are stored on the SharePoint site but the meta data will not be backed up by inSync.
Cause
The team site for which the Metadata backup shows as failed is marked as "Archive" in M365.

Resolution
As per the below Microsoft article, Admin can opt for the "Archive" option, so that users can use the Team again after some days.
However, Once the Team is archived, Files and conversations will be available as they are stored on the SharePoint site but the metadata won't be available from Microsoft.
