Overview

This article provides the steps to download logs of SharePoint jobs from inSync Management Console.

Login to the inSync Management Console.
On the menu, go to Data Sources > Microsoft 365.
Open the SharePoint tab.
Click the SharePoint site name for which you want to download the logs.
Open the Activity Stream tab and click <download> icon to download the logs.
Click the download icon to download the logs.
