How to filter open and closed cases from Druva Support Portal
Overview
This article explains the steps involved in filtering open and closed cases from Druva Support Portal.
Procedure
- Log in to https://support.druva.com with support portal credentials.
- On the right hand side of the Account Home page you will get the Filter drop down, where you will get various options to narrow down your search.
- Cases can be filtered on the basis of options provided as All, All closed cases, Cases opened by me, My Closed cases.
Note: All filters will display the result of all the cases which are logged by different users in the organization.
