How to filter open and closed cases from Druva Support Portal

This article explains the steps involved in filtering open and closed cases from Druva Support Portal.


  1. Log in to with support portal credentials.
  2.  On the right hand side of the Account Home page you will get the Filter drop down, where you will get various options to narrow down your search.


  1. Cases can be filtered on the basis of options provided as All, All closed cases, Cases opened by me, My Closed cases.

Note: All filters will display the result of all the cases which are logged by different users in the organization.
