How to register on the customer portal


This article explains how to register on the customer portal. Once you register, you can access all your old and current tickets and create new tickets.

The new customer portal facilitates the following:

  • Improved self-help.
  • One-stop-shop for all your support-related requirements.
  • Resolve issues faster with a vast repository of Knowledge Base articles and Documentation, which can be searched and referenced directly from the portal.


  1. To register yourself on the new customer portal, visit Druva Support.
  2. Click Login.

  1. Click New user to register in the login window.

  1. Enter information in the following New User Registration form and click Create Account.

  1. After the account is created, the password reset link is sent via email as shown below:

  1. Click the password reset link to reset the password.
