Event ID - 12289 during backup due to floppy drive

Problem description

The following event is logged every time Phoenix triggers a backup.

Cause

This occurs when the virtual machine drives are queried to determine which are eligible for snapshots, and the floppy drive is not eligible.

Resolution

Disable the Floppy Drive (Legacy Diskette) from the BIOS.

You can ignore this event as it does not affect the snapshot process.
