Troubleshoot error while editing backup sets

Phoenix Management Console displays the below error while creating or updating an existing backup set.
The issue is observed when a content rule is assigned to more than one backup set.
Following error is saved to the cloud logs:
Another content rule with same backup content already exists for this device backup sets.
Ensure a unique content rule is assigned to the new or updated backup set.
