Creating a new organization administrator ends with the error: An error occurred while performing this operation. If the error persists, contact Druva Support. 0x100100009.
The email account already exists in Druva cloud.
- Ensure that the administrator who is creating the organization administrator is a cloud administrator.
- Determine if the email account exists in the report or alert subscriptions.
- Remove the email account from subscriptions, add the cloud admin, and then enable subscriptions again.
