Analytics page errors out or shows blank

Problem description

Phoenix might display a blank Analytics page for users.

Cause

A blank page might be displayed because of old cookies and cache stored in the browser history, impacting the viewing experience and leading to such situations.

If you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox and open the Analytics page in the incognito mode. Or, try to switch to the browser that was never used to open the Phoenix Management Console. You will be able to see the Analytics page.

Traceback

The following is a sample screenshot depicting a blank Analytics page.

Resolution

Perform the following steps to clear the cache and cookies for Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome.
  2. In the top-right corner of the browser, click the three dots on the browser toolbar, and click the Settings menu.
  3. On the Settings page, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  4. In the Privacy and security section, click Clear browsing data and click Clear data.
  5. On the Settings page, in the Cookies and other site data section, you can customize which cookies to delete based on a specific time range and other options. Finally, you can complete the deletion by clicking Clear data. Also, on your system you can clear the cache, where your system stores previously-viewed websites, so they can load faster on future visits.

If you are using any other browser try to clear the cookies and cache in a similar way.
