Overview

An unconfigured SQL server implies that the Phoenix agent is installed on the server but the server is not configured for backup. The unconfigured server is listed under Protect > SQL > All SQL Resources.

Phoenix does not allow you to t delete an unconfigured server if the same server is configured for File Server Workload under Protect > Registered servers. You can delete an unconfigured server from the Phoenix Management Console in case the server is decommissioned or was used for testing the Druva products.

  1. Log in to the Phoenix Management Console, click All Organizations, and select the required organization from the drop-down list.
  2. Click Protect > Windows/Linux Servers.
  3. Select the unconfigured server, click more options, and click Delete.
