Phoenix CloudCache log files

The Phoenix CloudCache log files contain details of the backups to the Phoenix Cloud. It also contains details of the local restores from the Phoenix CloudCache to the Phoenix agents. If the Phoenix CloudCache does not function as expected, you can share these log files with the Druva Support team.

Phoenix CloudCache configuration file

The Phoenix CloudCache configuration file (PhoenixCloudCache.cfg) contains configuration details that the Phoenix CloudCache requires to communicate with the Phoenix Cloud.

Note: We recommend that you do not modify the configuration files except when required. In scenarios where you must modify these configuration files, contact the Druva Support team for assistance.

You can find the Phoenix CloudCache configuration file at: C:\ProgramData\PhoenixCloudCache.

Phoenix CloudCache service

The Druva Phoenix Cache Server service ensures that the Phoenix CloudCache is running.

Note: If the Phoenix CloudCache stops working, the Druva Phoenix Cache Server service starts the Phoenix CloudCache.
