Reporting FAQs

► Can I create my own reports?
No, you cannot create your own reports. Howe ver, you can download or subscribe to the reports that are available.
► Can I get regular reports of backups and restores?
Yes, you can. Simply configure the reports to be sent to your email. If you want to, you can edit the email schedule. To know how to do this, see Update email schedule.
► Can I get reports on backup or restore errors?
Yes, you can. To do this, configure the reports to be sent to your email. If you want to, you can edit the email schedule. To know how to do this, see Update email schedule
► How often do the graphs on the dashboard get refreshed?
The graphs are a real-time glimpse into the activities of your Phoenix setup. They are refreshed every time the page loads. 
► I want to see a list of all backups. Where can I find it?
To see a list of all backups to date, navigate to Jobs page. 
► I want to see a list of all restores. Where can I find it?
To see a list of all backups to date, navigate to Jobs page. 
► What do I see under Manage Tasks?
The Manage Tasks page displays the activity stream containing the details of backups and restores. This page displays the following tabs:
  • Active tasks:When you click this tab, you can see a list of backups and restores that are in progress. 
  • Backup Tasks: When you click this tab, you can see a list of all backups along with details such as server, start time of the backup, and status of the backup. 
  • Restore Tasks: When you click this tab, you can see a list of all restores along with details such as server, start time of the restore, and status of the restore.
