IOServer Errors

IOSERVER1

Error message: Internal Error.

Error description: Druva internal error. Please refer to Job logs for details.

Error solution: Contact Support.

IOSERVER2

Error message: Unknown Error.

Error description: Druva unknown error.

Error solution: Contact Support.

IOSERVER3

Error message: Out Of Memory.

Error description: This error might occur if the Oracle source server is out-of-memory or out of other system resources.

Error solution: To resolve this error, reassign the memory based on the requirement.

IOSERVER4

Error message: Operation canceled.

Error description: This error might occur if the administrator cancels the request.

Error solution: To resolve this error, trigger a new request, if needed.

IOSERVER5

Error message: Operation not permitted.

Error description: This error might occur if the Hybrid Workloads agent does have administrative privileges to perform the operation.

Error solution: Contact Support.

IOSERVER6

Error message: Dropped network connection.

Error description: This error can occur if the client is disconnected after triggering the backup or restore operation due to:

  1. The network is not reachable.
  2. The network connection was lost because of the reset.

Error solution: To resolve the error, check the client network connection and re-trigger the backup or restore operation.

IOSERVER7

Error message: Connection refused.

Error description: This error might occur if the incoming network ports for communication have issues.

Error solution: Contact Support.

IOSERVER8

Error message: IOServer I/O Error or no free disk space.

Error description: This error might occur if there is no enough space on the disk for the restore operation.

Error solution: To resolve this error, ensure that the destination restore path has sufficient space.

IOSERVER9

Error message: You do not have access rights to one or more files or folders.

Error description: This error might occur if you do not have enough permissions to access the restore path.

Error solution: Ensure that you have enough permissions to the restore path.

IOSERVER10

Error message: No such file or directory.

Error description: This error might occur if the restore path is too long or does not exist.

Error solution: To resolve this error,

  1. Check if the restore path exists.
  2. Check if the file path is not too long (path limit is 259 characters for a normal path and 450 for unicode path).

IOSERVER15

Error message: You do not have access rights to one or more files or folders.

Error description: This error might occur if you do not have enough permissions to access the restore path.

Error solution: Ensure that you have enough permissions to the restore path.

IOSERVER35

Error message: CloudAPI creation failed.

Error solution: Contact Support.

IOSERVER36

Error message: Storage commit failed.

Error solution: Contact Support.

IOSERVER37

Error message: File close failed.

Error solution: Contact Support.
