Overview

Salesforce administrators must upgrade Salesforce App to enable the new features, UI changes, and incorporate bug fixes in the app.

This procedure provides the steps to upgrade the Salesforce App from the Salesforce org.

Upgrade Salesforce App

Log in to the Salesforce Org using sfdc admin credentials used initially for inSync app authentication.
Based on your Org type, open the following URL in a new tab and upgrade the app to version 2.5:
- For a Production Org: https://login.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t2M000002uyV8
- For a Sandbox Org: https://test.salesforce.com/packaging/installPackage.apexp?p0=04t2M000002uyV8
  
  After the app is upgraded successfully, the Salesforce administrator can see the new features and the new UI on the Salesforce App.
