Administrative Group Details Page



Overview
This topic provides instructions to view and edit the administrative group details using the Administrative Group Details page.
Access Path
- On the menu bar, click All Organizations, and select the required organization from the drop-down list.
- On the menu bar, click Manage > Administrative Groups.
The Manage Administrative Groups page opens with a list of added administrative groups. - In the Name column, click the administrative group name.
The Administrative group details page opens.
The Administrative group details page consists of the following tabs:
Summary
On the Summary tab, you can view the summary details of an administrative group. The Summary tab contains two graphs that display the count of the backup and restore jobs and backup data details. On this tab, you can also edit and delete the administrative group.

Field Description
The following table lists the fields on the Summary tab.

Description | The summary about the administrative group. |
#Resources | The number of servers attached to the administrative group. |
Backup & Restore |
The Backup & Restore section displays backup and restore jobs for the last seven days with the following three status:

Backup Data |
The Backup Data section illustrates the following data for the last 90 days:

Actions
The following table lists the actions on the Summary tab.
Action | Description |

Delete |
Click the button to delete the administrative group. For more information, see Delete an administrative group. |
Edit |
Click the button to edit the administrative group details, such as administrative group name and description. For more information, see Update administrative group details. |
Resources
On the Resources tab, you can view the list of servers added to the administrative group.
Field Description
The following table lists the fields on the Resources tab.
Field | Description |

Name |
The name of the server. |
Resource Type |
The type of the resource, such as Physical Server or SQL Availability Group, configured for backup. |
Actions
The following table lists the actions on the Resources tab.

Resource Type |
Filter the servers based on their type, for example, Physical Server, NAS, Hyper-V VM, NAS Share, Availability Group. |
Clear |
Click this button to reset the Resource Type filter. |
