Allow users to install and activate the inSync mobile app on their mobile devices

Procedure

Note: You can allow users to install and activate the Druva Mobile App through profiles. You cannot do this on an individual user level.

To allow users to install and activate the Druva Mobile App

  1. On the inSync Management Console menu bar, click Profiles.
  2. Click the profile for which you want to allow users to install and activate the Druva Mobile App on their mobile devices.
  3. Click the General tab.
  4. In the User Privacy & Access area, click Edit. The Edit Profile window appears.
  5. Select the Allow access from mobile devices check box.
  6. Click Save.

Users can search for the inSync app in the app store and install the Druva Mobile App.
