Disaster Recovery Replication Activity Report

Overview

The Disaster Recovery Replication Activity report provides information about the disaster recovery replication activity such as the virtual machine name, disaster recovery start and end time, the status of the activity, the AWS account and the region details. See, more about disaster recovery workflow.

The combination of global customer ID, customer name, and account name gives you a powerful tool to identify customer-specific entries in a large dataset. In addition, you can use the service plan filter to customize the report to focus on service plan-specific alerts.

Note:

  • The MSC fetches data of reports within a maximum of 6 to12 hours

  • It might take 24 to 48 hours for the data to appear in this report if a new customer or tenant is added to MSC.

To access the report:

Go to Managed Services Center (MSC) > Reports > Hybrid Workloads > Disaster Recovery Replication Activity Report.

Note:  The report is displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The following table lists all the fields in the Disaster Recovery Replication Activity Report.

Field

Description

Global Customer ID

A Unique Universal Identifier for a customer.

Customer Name

Name of the customer. 

Account Name

Name by which Druva should identify the customer.
Note: Account name and customer may be the same for some customers if Admin has not selected the option Hide Customer Name from Druva while creating a new customer.

Job ID

The unique identification number of the DR Replication job.

VM

The name of the virtual machine.

Organization

The name of the organization in which the disaster recovery is configured.

DR Plan Name

The name of the disaster recovery plan

Scheduled

The schedule defined for disaster recovery

Started

The date and time when the DR Replication first occurred.

Ended

The date and time when the DR Replication ended.

AWS Account and region

The name of the AWS account and region.

Details

The details of the DR Replication Job. For example, Cancelled.

The following table lists the actions that you can perform on this report page

Action

Description

Add filter

Creates filters to display the report based on the filter’s selection.

Rearrange column

Changes the order of the columns in the Disaster Recovery Replication Activity Report details table. You can change the order of the columns in the table by dragging a column and dropping it to the required position within the table.

Manage Subscription

Create a subscription to receive the reports on schedule.
