License Usage Report
Overview
Using the Endpoints License Usage Report, as an administrator, you can keep track of total users added and deleted, total Endpoints active and preserve licenses allocated and consumed. This report helps you to understand the license consumption trends within the organization. To know about how active and preserve licenses are consumed.
The combination of global customer ID, customer name, and account name gives you a powerful tool to identify customer-specific entries in a large dataset. Additionally, MSPs can leverage the service plan filter to tailor the report and focus on alerts specific to chosen service plans.
Note:
The MSC fetches data of reports within a maximum of 6 to 12 hours
It might take 24 to 48 hours for the data to appear in this report if a new customer or tenant is added to MSC.
To access the report:
Go to Managed Services Center (MSC) > Reports > Endpoints > License Usage Report
Note: The report is displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

The total number of users deleted from Endpoint. |

The total number of Endpoints active licenses that are allocated in Endpoints to date. |

Active Licenses Used |
The total number of Endpoints active licenses that are consumed in Endpoints to date. |

Total Preserved License |
The total number of Endpoints preserved licenses that are allocated in Endpoints to date. |

Preserved Licenses Used |
The total number of Endpoints preserved licenses that are consumed in Endpoints to date. |
