Disaster Recovery Failover Activity Report
Overview
The Disaster Recovery Failover Activity report provides details of the failback jobs triggered for the failed-over EC2 instances in the organization. The report also provides the counts of DR Plans, Successful DR Failovers, and Failed DR Failovers. See, more about disaster recovery workflow.
The combination of global customer ID, customer name, and account name gives you a powerful tool to identify customer-specific entries in a large dataset. In addition, you can use the service plan filter to customize the report to focus on service plan-specific alerts.
Note:
The MSC fetches data of reports within a maximum of 6 to 12 hours
It might take 24 to 48 hours for the data to appear in this report if a new customer or tenant is added to MSC.
To access the report:
Go to Managed Services Center (MSC) > Reports > Hybrid Workloads > Disaster Recovery Failover Activity Report.
Note: The report is displayed in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

A Unique Universal Identifier for a customer. |
Customer Name |
Name of the customer. |
Account Name |
Name by which Druva should identify the customer. |

The unique identification number of the DR Failover job. |
Started |
The date and time when the DR Failover first occurred. |
Ended |
The date and time when the DR Failover ended. |
Duration |
The duration of the DR Failover along with the date and time. |
Details |
The details of the DR Failover Job. For example, Cancelled. |
Recovery Step |
The restoration action taken for any disaster scenario. |
VM Name |
The name of the virtual machine. |
Failover Start Time |
The date and time when the DR Failover first occurre |
Failover End Time |
The date and time when the DR Failover ended. |
Instance Details |
The details of the restoration for a DR Failover along with date and time. For example, Restore Point. |
Status |
The statuses of the DR Failover Job. For example, Cancelled, Failed and Successful. |
