This topic contains rights that are exclusive to the Server and Legal administrators. These rights do not appear on the Assign Rights window.

Category: User and Device Management

The following table lists the tasks that are exclusive to the Server administrators.

Right	An administrator with this right can:
Diagnostics	Download server diagnostic details.

Category: Data Governance

The following table lists the tasks that are exclusive to the Server and Legal administrators.

Right	An administrator with this right can:
Create and manage legal hold policies	Create a legal hold policy. Manage a legal hold policy. View users that are on legal hold. View user devices that are on legal hold.

Category: Administrator Management

The following table lists the tasks that are exclusive to the Server administrators.

Right	An administrator with this right can:
Manage administrators	Create administrators. Manage administrator accounts.
Reset admin password	Reset password for other administrators.
Manage roles	Create and manage roles. Note: You cannot update a legal role or your own role.
View users on legal hold (icon) under manage users	View users who are on legal hold. An icon appears next to the users who are on legal hold.

Category: Multi-Org support

The following table lists the tasks that are exclusive to the Server administrators.

Right	An administrator with this right can:
Manage Multi-org	Create and manage multiple organizations (multi-org) via the Organization Portal.

Category: Reporting and Alert Management

The following table lists the tasks that are exclusive to the Server administrators.

Edit alert subscriptions	Edit alert subscriptions.
