Supported inSync mobile app versions:3.2.1 or later
If your inSync password is different than your single sign-on or Active Directory (AD) password, you can update your inSync mobile app password.
To update your password
- On the inSync mobile app menu bar, tap. A list with additional options appears.
- Tap my account.
- In the Account Information area, tap Reset Password.
- Tap Change Password. The Reset Password window appears.
- In the New password box, type the new password.
- In the Confirm password box, type the new password again.
- Tap Done.
