Clear the cache on your mobile device

Supported inSync mobile app versions:3.2.1 or later

The inSync mobile app maintains a cache of files that you open. When you open a file, the file is downloaded to the cache of your mobile device. When the cache limit exceeds the defined limit, inSync removes the oldest items to create space for the new items. Procedure

To clear your cache

  1. On the inSync mobile app menu bar, tapwin_icon_dots.jpg. A list with additional option appears.
  2. Tap my account. The My Account screen appears.
  3. In the App Settings area, tap Clear Cache. A confirmation message appears
  4. Tap ok.
