Protect the inSync mobile app access with a PIN

Supported inSync mobile app versions:3.2.1 or later

Setting up a PIN for your inSync mobile app adds an extra layer of security to protect the inSync mobile app from unauthorized access. Each time you open the inSync mobile app, inSync prompts you for your PIN.

If your inSync administrator enables the Use Pin feature for you, when you log on to the inSync mobile app, inSync prompts you to set a PIN for your inSync mobile app. If your inSync administrator did not enable the Use Pin feature for you, the inSync mobile app does not prompt you to set a PIN when you log on to the inSync mobile app.

On a Windows device, if you enter the wrong PIN five times in a row, the inSync mobile app logs you out. To use the inSync mobile app, you must reconfigure the app on your device.
