Update your inSync mobile app password

Supported inSync mobile app versions:3.2.1 or later

If your inSync password is different than your single sign-on or Active Directory (AD) password, you can update your inSync mobile app password.

Procedure

To update your password

  1. On the inSync mobile app menu bar, tapwin_icon_dots.jpg. A list with additional options appears.
  2. Tap my account.
  3. In the Account Information area, tap Reset Password.
  4. Tap Change Password. The Reset Password window appears.
  5. In the New password box, type the new password.
  6. In the Confirm password box, type the new password again.
  7. Tap Done.
