Install the inSync mobile app

This topic provides information about how you can install the inSync mobile app on iOS devices.

inSync mobile app support matrix

The OS versions that the inSync mobile app supports on your iOS devices are as follows:

  • iOS 7
  • iOS 8
  • iOS 8.1
  • iOS 8.2
  • iOS 8.3
  • iOS 9.0
  • iOS 9.1

Note: You cannot install the inSync mobile app on earlier versions of iOS OS. If you want to install the inSync mobile app on your iOS device, you must upgrade to iOS 7 or later.

Procedure

To install the inSync mobile app

  1. On the iOS device, tap App Store.
  2. In the Search box, type Druva inSync, and then tap Search. 
  3. Tap INSTALL.
