The following topic lists some of the issues that you might encounter while working with Microsoft 365, and the solutions or workarounds that you can use to resolve these issues.

| MS214 | The Graph delta token used for fetching data from SharePoint in case of incremental backup is expired or no longer valid. |
No action required. A full scan backup will be triggered for the Document Library. |

Backup is canceled by the user. |
No action required. Backup job is aborted. |

Backup is aborted by the user. |

No action required. The user may have left the organization or been disabled or deleted. Backup of the rest of the site's data will continue. |

The requested site is not found in the Microsoft 365 tenant. |
No action required. The site will be disabled in the console and if it's recovered from Microsoft 365 recycle bin, it will be enabled in the console automatically. |

The SharePoint Site URL is changed in Microsoft 365 tenant. |
No action required. The latest URL will be fetched and updated in the database. |

The Graph delta token used for the Document Library backup is expired. |
No action required. A full scan of the Document Library will be triggered. |

The request URL contains more characters than the Microsoft limit of 400 characters. |
No action required. Backup or restore of entities with such a path will be skipped. |

Server-side failure from Microsoft with 500 status code. |

No action required. An alternate API approach will be followed to back up a Document Library with more than 5k files. This issue does not apply to Microsoft Graph API. |

A virus infected file is found. |
No action required. Backup of this file will be skipped and backup the rest of the files will be continued. Microsoft blocks the download of such files through API. |
