Data Archiver Dashboard

Overview

The Data Archiver page from the Salesforce App displays a dashboard, which gives an overview and information about the daily archival. It also provides summary details related to archival.

Dashboards

The following sections are a breakdown of each chart from the dashboard.

Salesforce Storage Summary

This chart shows the status of the storage space, including Salesforce storage and Druva Cloud.

You can see the storage saving in percent, estimated annual cost saving in dollars, Salesforce storage used, and size of the archived data.

To see more information, hover your mouse over various sections of the chart.

Total Storage Savings

You can find how much storage you are saving with this chart.

Hover over any data point to know the date and storage-saving as of that day.

Summary of archival sets

You can view an overview of the archival sets. This information is available as a card view and a list view. The default view is the card view.

To switch to List view, click the List View button.

You can filter the archival sets based on Project, Organization, and Archival Status dropdown. 

Note: Filtering is available only in the list view.

The following information is available for each Archival set. Note that some fields are only visible in the Grid View:

This is the name of the Archival Set. Clicking this hyperlink will navigate to the Archival Set Details page.

Project

This is the project name of the archival set.

Organization

The target organization for the archival and restoration of records.

# Objects

The total number of objects configured (including selected mandatory and child objects) in this archival set.

Created By

The user who created the archival set and the Salesforce credentials used when performing the archival operation.

Total Archived Data

Size of the files and data archived by executing this archival set.

Last Modified On

The date when the definition of the archival set was last modified.

Last Archived On

The date of the most recent archival job run.

The status of the last five runs of this archival set.
