Overview

This article provides you information on the details available on Salesforce Account List Details page.

Access Path

Salesforce Account List Details page can be accessed by,

  1. On the inSync Management Console menu bar,  click the Left_Navigation_Bar_Hamburger_Icon.png icon to access the global navigation panel.
  2. Click SaaS Apps.
  3. Click Salesforce. A list of Salesforce accounts that are registered for backup in inSync is displayed.

Description

The following table lists the fields in the Salesforce Account List area. 

Column Name Description
Org ID Displays the unique Salesforce Organization ID configured in inSync for backup.
Admin ID Displays the email address of the Salesforce administrator using which the Salesforce organization is configured in inSync for backup.
#Salesforce Users Displays the count of users that are part of Salesforce organization.
Last Completed Backup Displays the last date and time when Salesforce was backed up.
App Status

Displays the status of configured Salesforce organization. Different App Status are as follows:

  • Storage Not Configured - Indicates the Salesforce organization is registered in inSync, but a storage region is not assigned to the organization.
  • Package Not Installed - Indicates the Salesforce organization is registered in inSync, but Druva Application for Salesforce is not installed in the Salesforce environment.
  • Not Connected - Indicates the Salesforce App is disconnected from the inSync service. Either the app was uninstalled or the Salesforce Org was refreshed.
  • Connected - Indicates the Salesforce organization is successfully configured to backup Salesforce object data.

App Status Info

Displays the status of the backups from the Salesforce organization. The status info can be interpreted as follows:

  • Never backed up: inSync is yet to perform the first backup of the Salesforce org.
  • Backup Failed: inSync has failed to back up the Salesforce data.
  • Backed Up With Errors: inSync has encountered errors during the backup.
  • Backed Up Successfully: Backup has completed successfully.
  • Backup Failed Due to API Quota: Daily API Quota is insufficient to complete the backup and the quota needs to be increased.
