Note: You can allow users to configure backup folders through profiles. You cannot do this on an individual user level.
To allow users to modify backup folders
- On the inSync Management Console menu bar, click Profiles.
- Click the profile for which you want to allow users to configure backup folders.
- On the Devices tab, click User Settings > Edit. The Edit Device Backup Configuration window appears.
- Under the Device Settings for Users area, select the Add backup folders (laptops and desktops) check box.
- Click Save.
