Access path

On the inSync Management Console menu bar, click on to eDiscovery --> Legal Hold, the Legal Holds page is displayed.

This page displays the information about the legal holds that you have created.

The following table describes the sections on this page.

Field	Description
Legal Hold Summary	Displays the count of the Legal Hold policies present in your organization, the size of the data on legal hold, and the number of custodians on legal hold in your organization.
Top Legal Hold by Custodian	Displays the top five legal holds by the number of custodians.
Top Custodian by Data Size	Displays the top five custodians by Legal Hold data size.
Top Legal Hold by Data Size	Displays the top five legal holds by Legal Hold data size.

This page lists all the Legal Hold policies and has the option to create a Legal Hold policy.

The following table describes the fields in the Legal Holds area.

Field	Description
Name	The name of the Legal Hold policy. On clicking a name, the Legal Hold Summary is displayed. It contains the name of the Legal Hold policy, the creator's name, and the creation date and time. You can also sort legal holds by their name by clicking the Name field.
#Custodians	The number of users added to the Legal Hold policy.
Type	The category of the Legal Hold policy.
Created By	The name of the user who created the Legal Hold policy.
Created On	The time and date when the policy was created. You can also sort legal holds by their creation date by clicking the Created On field.
WebDav Access	The amount of data that the administrator can access for that Legal Hold.
Additional Data Collection (ADC)	Displays whether Additional Data Collection (ADC) is enabled for the Legal Hold policy.
Search by Legal Hold Name	Enter the Legal Hold name and press ENTER to search legal holds by that name. All legal holds that match the search criteria are displayed.
Filters	Click the Filters icon to view the available filters. You can filter using custodian name and Legal Hold type. Click Apply to view the filtered results.
