Storage fields update frequency

Druva Phoenix updates the storage fields with the following frequency:

Druva Phoenix Storage or Global Deduplication

This field is updated after every 5 minutes.

Periodic Fulls

This field is updated after:

  • Every successful or failed backup.
  • Reconfiguring a mixed workload server (mapped to both File server and MS-SQL server backup policy) to a single server (mapped to either File server or MS-SQL server backup policy).
  • Deleting a server.
  • Every 24 hours.

Source+Changes

This field is updated after:

  • Every successful or failed backup.
  • Reconfiguring a mixed workload server (mapped to both File server and MS-SQL server backup policy) to a single server (mapped to either File server or MS-SQL server backup policy).
  • Deleting a server.
  • After data compaction.

Current Source

This field is updated after:

  • Every successful backup.
  • Reconfiguring a mixed workload server (mapped to both File server and MS-SQL server backup policy) to a single server (mapped to either File server or MS-SQL server backup policy).
  • Deleting a server.

Source (First Snapshot)

This field is updated after:

  • First successful backup.
  • Deleting the first restore point.
  • Reconfiguring a mixed workload server (mapped to both File server and MS-SQL server backup policy) to a single server (mapped to either File server or MS-SQL server backup policy).
  • Deleting a server.
Global Deduplication Savings
 
This is the ratio of  Periodic Fulls to Druva Phoenix storage. This field is updated after Periodic Fulls or Druva Phoenix storage update.
Source Reduction Factor This is a ratio of Source+Changes to Druva Phoenix storage. This field is updated after Source+Changes or Druva Phoenix storage update.
