View alerts

This topic explains how you can view alerts and filter alerts according to their severity. 

To view alerts

  1. Log on to Phoenix Management Console.
  2. On the menu bar, click All Organizations, and select the required organization from the drop-down list.
  3. On the menu bar, click Alerts
    The Alerts page opens. The list of alerts appears under the Alerts tab.
  4. Filter the alert list according to the severity.  On the Alerts tab, click the severity such as Critical, Warning, or Information from the Severity list.
    A list of alerts with the selected severity appears.

Note: Click Clear to reset the Severity filter and list all Critical, Warning, and Information alerts.

 To view critical alerts

  1. Log on to Phoenix Management Console.
  2. On the menu bar, click All Organizations, and select the required organization from the drop-down list.
  3. On the menu bar, click the number displayed against Alerts.
    The Alerts page opens with all the critical alerts.

 To view alert details

  1. Log on to Phoenix Management Console.
  2. On the menu bar, click All Organizations, and select the required organization from the drop-down list.
  3. On the menu bar, click Alerts
    The Alerts page opens. The list of alerts appears under the Alerts tab.
  4. Click the alert radio button and click View Details.
    The Alert Details page displays the details such as severity, alert type, server name for which the alert is generated, administrative group, backup set type, job identification number, alert description, alert generation timestamp, and so on.

Note: Phoenix does not provide alert details for the alerts that were generated before the Phoenix Cloud Push 4.7.
