Issue Description


In Druva Cloud Platform Console, if the Geofencing configuration is enabled for an administrator, the administrator cannot access the Druva Cloud Platform Console from the MSP portal. Also, the administrator is redirected to the Druva Cloud Platform Console login page along with an error message "Client IP not allowed".


Druva Cloud Platform Console intermittently displays error messages when accessed from the MSP portal.

Due to this issue, the information populated in the Data Protection Summary and Service Utilization panels on Druva Console is not visible.
