View Customer Details page

Overview

This topic describes the fields and actions on the Customer Details page. The Customer Details page provides information about the selected customer in the customers' list. The customer details include the account details, the selected service plan details, and contact details.

The Customer details page displays the following sections:

Access Path

  1. Log in to the Managed Service Providers portal.
  2. On the main toolbar of the MSP portal, click Customers.
    The Customers page appears with the list of customers added to the Managed Service Providers portal.
  3. In the Name column, click the customer to view the details.

Account Details

The Account Details section displays account details for the selected customer.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Account Details section.

Field Description
Name The name of the customer.
Organization Name The organization of the customer.
Address The office address of the organization.
Phone Number The office contact number.

Actions

The following table lists the actions that you can perform in the Account Details section.

Action Description
Edit Edit customer details.

Service Plan 

The Service Plan section displays the selected service plan details.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Service Plan 

Field Description
Plan The service plan that the customer has opted for.
Storage Region The region selected for storing the backups.
Expiry Date The service plan expiry date.
Edition The edition of the service plan.
Credit Quota/ Effective Date The credit quota assigned to the customer and the date from when the credit quota is effective.

Actions

The following table lists the actions that you can perform in the Service Plan section.

Action Description
Edit Edit the service plan details.

Contact Details 

The Contact Details section displays the names of the contact persons from the customer organization.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Contact Details section.

Field Description
Name The name of the contact person.
Email The email address of the contact person. 
Phone Number The contact number of the contact person.

Actions

The following table lists the actions that you can perform in the Contact Details section.

Action Description
New Contact Add a new contact person.
Edit Edit the contact person details.
