Overview

This topic describes the fields and actions on the Customer Details page. The Customer Details page provides information about the selected customer in the customers' list. The customer details include the account details, the selected service plan details, and contact details. To ensure service level management, the SLA tab provides statistics related to the customer's backup jobs and alerts. It also provides insights into the data source (backup set) listing of that customer along with the last successful backup and restore job status details.

The Customer details page displays the following two tabs:

Access Path

  1. Log in to the Managed Services Center portal.
  2. On the main toolbar of the MSC portal, click Customers.
    The Customers page appears with the Summary tab opened by default, which lists customers added to the Managed Services Center portal.
  3. In the Name column, click the customer to view the details.

Summary tab

Account Details section

The Account Details section displays account details for the selected customer.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Account Details section.

Field Description
Name The name of the account.
Customer Name The name of the customer.
Address The office address of the organization.
Phone Number The office contact number.

Actions

The following table lists the actions that you can perform in the Account Details section.

Action Description
Edit Edit customer details.

Service Plan section

The Service Plan section displays the selected service plan details.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Service Plan section.

Field Description
Plan The service plan that the customer has opted for.
Storage Region The region selected for storing the backups.
Tenant Type The type of the tenant added, such as Commercial or Evaluation.
Expiry Date The service plan expiry date.
Edition The edition of the service plan.
Credit Quota/ Effective Date The credit quota assigned to the customer and the date from when the credit quota is effective.

Actions

The following table lists the actions that you can perform in the Service Plan section.

Action Description
Edit Edit the service plan details.

Credits and Storage Consumption

The Credits and Storage Consumption section displays the number of credits and storage consumed in the last 90 days.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Credits and Storage Consumption section.

Field Description
Credit Consumed The number of credits consumed in the last 90 days.
Storage Consumed The storage consumed in the last 90 days.

Contact Details section

The Contact Details section displays the names of the contact persons from the customer organization.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Contact Details section.

Field Description
Name The name of the contact person.
Email The email address of the contact person. 
Phone Number The contact number of the contact person.

Actions

The following table lists the actions that you can perform in the Contact Details section.

Action Description
Add Contact Add a new contact person.
Edit Edit the contact person details.
Delete Delete the contact person.

SLA tab

The SLA tab provides insights into the statistics related to the customer's backup jobs and alerts. It also provides a view of data source (backup set) listing of the customer along with the last successful backup and restore job statuses.
