View Service Plan Details page

Overview

This topic describes the fields and actions on the Service Plan Details page. The Service Plan Details page provides information about the selected service plan and the customers to whom the service plan is offered.

The Service Plan details page displays the following sections:

Access Path

  1. Log in to the MSC portal.
    After successful verification and login, the Service Plans page appears with the list of service plans created in the Managed Services Center portal.
  2. In the Name column, click the service plan to view the details.

Details section

This section displays the information on the selected service plan.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Service Plan's Details section.

Field Description
Edition The edition of the service plan.
Backup Frequency Limit The frequency (daily or weekly) on which you want backups to repeat.
Usage Report Frequency The usage report frequency.
Retention Limit The duration for which you want to retain snapshots, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly.
Workloads The list of workloads included in the service plan.

Actions

The following table lists the actions that you can perform on the Service Plans page.

Action Description
Edit Edit the service plan.
Delete Delete the service plan.

Customers section

The Customers section displays the list of customers to whom the selected service plan is offered.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields in the Customers section.

Field Description
Name

The name of the customer.

Click the name to view the customer details. For more information, see View customer details.

Usage The percentage of quota used by the customer.  
Credit Quota The total quota allocated to the customer.

Actions

The following table lists the actions that you can perform in the Customers section.

Action Description
Add Customer Add a new customer to the service plan.
Edit In the Name column, click the customer name to view and edit the details.
Sort

In the customer’s table, click the Name and Credit Quota column heads to sort customers list in ascending or descending order. 

The arrow direction indicates the order in which the list is sorted.
