Manage Disaster Recovery page



Overview
This topic describes the fields and actions on the Manage Disaster Recovery page. The Manage Disaster Recovery page provides information about the various DR plans configured for virtual machines in your Phoenix environment.
Access Path
On the Phoenix Management Console menu bar, click Manage > Disaster Recovery.
The Manage Disaster Recovery page consists of the following three tabs:
DR Plans tab
The DR Plans tab lists the various DR plans configured for virtual machines in your Phoenix environment.

Field Description
The following table lists the fields on the DR Plans tab.
Field/Action |
Description |
DR Plan Name | The name of the DR plan. Click on the required DR plan to view the failover details. |
Replication Frequency |
The frequency for the DR copy update operation that restored virtual machines on AWS Cloud, such as Immediately after backup, Daily, or Weekly. |
AWS Account | The account that maintains the DR copy for the virtual machine. |
# Associated VMs | The number of virtual machines associated with the DR plan. |
Actions
The following table lists the action that you can perform on the Manage Disaster Recovery page.
Action | Description |
Create New DR Plan | Click to Create New DR Plan create a DR plan. For more information, see Create Disaster Recovery plan. |
Phoenix AWS Proxies tab
The Phoenix AWS Proxies tab lists the Phoenix AWS Proxies deployed in your AWS accounts.

Field Description
The following table lists the fields on the Phoenix AWS Proxies tab.
Field | Description |
Name | The name of the EC2 instance in your AWS account. |
Instance ID | The unique identification number of the EC2 instance that was launched during failover. |
Version | The Phoenix AWS proxy version. |
Instance Type | The type of EC2 instance that runs as a virtual server in the AWS Cloud after disaster recovery. |
AWS Account ID | The unique identification number of your AWS account that maintains the DR copy for the virtual machine. |
Region | The storage region where DR copies are created for your virtual machines. |
S3 bucket | The Cloud storage that stores raw data from which DR copies are created. |
Connection Status to Phoenix | The status of the Phoenix AWS proxy connection with Phoenix. |
Actions
The following table lists the action that you can perform on the Phoenix AWS Proxies tab.
Action | Description |
Register Phoenix AWS Proxy | Click to register Phoenix AWS Proxies in your AWS accounts. For more information, see Register Phoenix AWS Proxy. |
Delete | Delete the Phoenix AWS Proxy. For more information, see Delete and reactivate the Phoenix AWS Proxy. |
Upgrade | Upgrade the Phoenix AWS Proxy. For more information, see Upgrade Phoenix AWS Proxy. |
AWS Accounts tab
The AWS Accounts tab lists the AWS accounts for which the Phoenix AWS Proxies are activated successfully.

The AWS Accounts tab displays the following field:
- Account ID: The unique identification number of the AWS accounts for which the Phoenix AWS Proxies are activated successfully.
Actions
The following table lists the action that you can perform on the AWS Accounts tab.

Delete | Click Delete to delete the AWS account from Phoenix. |
