View SAP HANA jobs
Business Enterprise Elite Hybrid Workloads for SAP HANA generates jobs for all manual, scheduled, and maintenance SAP HANA activities performed on the Management Console. Each job has a unique job identification number (Job ID). You can find these jobs on the Jobs page. The status of a job can change over time as it progresses. You can track the progress of a job by viewing the progress log.
The Jobs page lists all the backup, restore, and delete jobs for SAP HANA databases.
Procedure

Log in to the Management Console.

Click Protect > SAP HANA. If the All Organizations menu is enabled, select an organization and click Protect > SAP HANA.. The SAP HANA Systems page opens.

From the left navigation, click Jobs.
The Jobs page shows a list of Jobs. You can see the following information on this page.

Job ID |
A unique identification number associated with the job. |

Job Type |
The type of job operation, such as Backup, Restore, Delete, Inquire, etc. |

Database |
The name of the database for which the job is triggered. |

System |
The SAP HANA System for which the job is triggered. |

Start Time |
A timestamp indicating when the job began. |
|
End Time |
A timestamp indicating when the job was completed. This field will remain blank if the job is running. |

Status |
The status of the triggered job. For more information about the various job statuses, see Job Status. |
Job Filters
You can view the available filters by clicking the filter icon 
on the top-right corner. Clicking this button will expand available filters.
You can filter jobs based on Jobs Created In (start time), Job Type, and Status fields. Select one or more filters and click Apply to view the filtered jobs.
To remove the filter and view all jobs, click the filter icon and then the Reset button.
Jobs Created In
The Started In filter lets you filter jobs based on their initiated time frame. The filter provides the following options.

The Job Type filter provides the following three options to list jobs based on the type of job:

Job Status 
The Status filter allows you to filter jobs based on their statuses.

Queued: The triggered jobs that are waiting to be processed.

Running: The jobs that are being processed. During the backup job for an SAP HANA database, one of the following statuses is displayed:

The estimated data to be backed up and the total number of files scanned are displayed.
-
After the estimation, the percentage of data uploaded to the cloud is displayed.
-

Successful: The jobs are processed without any errors.
-
Successful with errors: The jobs are processed with some errors.
-
Failed: The jobs that were not processed successfully.
Note: A failed job is displayed with an error code. Hover over the error code to view the error message. The error code hyperlink redirects to the exact error message in the description on the documentation portal.

Canceled: The jobs that were canceled.
-
Waiting for retry: The jobs that failed in the previous attempt and waiting to be processed again.

Skipped: The jobs did not start within the scheduled window because another job is in progress.

Backup window expired: Hybrid Workloads for SAP HANA could not complete the list of jobs because the entire data set was not backed up within the specified duration, and a restore point was not created.

Scanning: The jobs that are still being scanned.
-
Scan failed: The jobs for which the scan has failed.
Customize table columns
You can customize the table columns using the Customize Table Columns 
icon .
This will give a list of the columns on that page. You can display a particular column, hide unnecessary columns to make the UI more spacious, and move a column to reorder the table.
Note that the column configuration persists across sessions in the same browser.
