View Oracle job details page

The Job details page includes detailed information about the selected job, and its progress and complete logs. To view details of a specific job on the ALL Jobs page, click the required job ID in the Job ID column.

The Details tab displays the following information:

Field Description
Job Details
Job Type The type of operation. For a backup job, the Job Type field displays Backup.
Database The name of the database for which the job is triggered.  The icon indicates that the database is a standby database and the icon indicates a RAC database.
Server The name of the server that runs the database.
Cluster The name of the cluster on which the job is triggered.
Backup Set Type The type of the server configured for backup. The Backup Set Type for Oracle databases is Oracle.
Backup Policy The name of the backup policy associated with the database.
Start Time The time when the job execution starts.
End Time The time when the job execution completes.
Status The status of the job. For more information, see Job Status.
Error Code The error code displayed if the backup or restore job fails. You can click the error code to open the troubleshooting documentation.
Error Message The error message displayed if the job fails.
Data Transfer
Data Transferred to Cloud The volume of data backed up to Druva Cloud.
Data Transferred to CloudCache The volume of data backed up to CloudCache.
Backup Duration The total time taken to upload data to the Druva Cloud. Backup duration excludes the estimation time, network retry time, and the waiting for retry time.
Backup Speed The rate at which the source data is scanned for backup.
Bandwidth Consumed The bit rate to transfer data to the Druva Cloud.
Environment Details
Disk Rate Write The bit rate for writing I/O by the agent. The Disk Read Rate is an average of the total data read with respect to the total time taken to read data at various intervals for all drives where data is distributed.
Network Retry Duration The total time spent in the network retries. It represents the cumulative of all network session duration.
# Network Retries The number of network retry attempts made within a job session.
Restore Location
Destination Server The server where the database is restored.
Destination Location The directory structure where the database is restored.
Note: The Destination Location field is blank if SP file is selected for restore.
Oracle Base The directory structure of the location where Oracle software and configuration files are stored.
Oracle Home The environment variable that contains the directory structure where the Oracle database is installed.
Restored Database Name The name of the database that is restored to an alternate server.
Restore SP File Indicates whether the SP File is restored.
#RMAN Channels The number of channels allocated to databases to be restored.
Restore Wallet Files Indicates whether the wallet files are restored.
RAC Node Details
Node Configured for Backup The name of the node that was configured successfully for backup.
RMAN Channels Allocated The number of channels allocated to each node.
Status The status of each node.
Logs
Logs Requested on The date and time on which the Log Request job is initiated.
Available for download till The date and time until which the logs are available for download. The requested logs are available only for 7 days after the generation of the logs.
Logs size The size of the extracted log files.
