CloudCache Details page

Overview

This topic provides instructions for viewing the CloudCache details, and edit and decommission the CloudCache. You can also add data volumes and edit the CloudCache schedule. 

Access Path

  1. On the menu bar, click All Organizations, and select the required organization from the drop-down list.
  2. On the menu bar, click Manage > CloudCache
    The Manage CloudCache page opens with the summary of all configured CloudCache.
  3. Click the Configured CloudCache tab.
  4. In the CloudCache Name column, click the CloudCache name for which you want to view the details.
    The CloudCache Details page opens.

The CloudCache Details page consists of the following tabs:

Summary

On the Summary tab, you can view the summary details of the configured CloudCache. You can also edit CloudCache, decommission CloudCache, add data volumes, and edit the CloudCache schedule.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields on the Summary tab.

Field Description
CloudCache Server details
Status The current connection status of the CloudCache server.
Version The current version of the CloudCache server.
Backup to Cloud if unable to backup to Cache

The status that indicates whether you selected an option to backup to cloud if unable to backup to CloudCache.

For more information, see 

FQDN The fully qualified domain name of the CloudCache server.
Cache Used/ Allocated The total size used on the CloudCache server and the total allocated size.
Activation Date The date and time when the CloudCache server is activated.
Estimated Un-Synced Data The estimation of the data that is currently not synced with Phoenix Cloud.
Cache Usage
Data volume The data volume or the folder on the CloudCache server created for data backup.
Volume used / size The total size of the volume used for data backup and the total size allocated to the data volume.
Schedule and Resources
Schedule The schedule (date and time) when the CloudCache server synchronizes the backup data with Phoenix Cloud.
Bandwidth The maximum bandwidth that CloudCache server can use when synchronizing backup data with Phoenix Cloud.

The following table lists the actions on the Summary tab.

Decommission Cache

CloudCache Server Details

Click the button to decommission the CloudCache.

Edit details

CloudCache Server Details

Click the button to edit the CloudCache details.

Add Data Volume

Cache Usage

Click the button to add a data volume to the CloudCache.

Edit

Schedule and Resources

Click the button to edit the synchronization schedule for the CloudCache.

Server Groups

On the Server Groups tab, you can view the list of server groups that are attached to the CloudCache.

Field Description

The following table lists the fields on the Server Groups tab.

Fields Description
Server Group The name of the server group mapped to the CloudCache.
Number of servers The number servers available in the mapped server group.
Retention period The number of days for which the backup data will be retained by CloudCache.

Actions

The following table lists the actions on the Server Groups tab.

Action Description
Edit

Click the button to change the retention period.

Detach

Click the button to detach the mapped server group from the CloudCache.

Add new server group

Click the button to add or map a new server group to the CloudCache.
