View Administrative Group Details page



Overview
This page provides detailed information about the administrative groups configured in your Phoenix environment.
Access Path
On the Phoenix Management Console menu bar, click Manage > Administrative Groups > Click the <desired administrative group>.
Administrative group details are divided into the following two tabs:
Summary
The Summary tab provides details on backup and restore activity, bandwidth usage, and configuration details of the selected administrative group.
Field Description
The Summary tab provides you information on the following aspects of the administrative groups.
Field | Description |
Description | A small description that may provide characteristics of the server attached to the group. |
# Resources | Total number of servers or virtual machines associated with this group. |
Backup & Restore |
Displays backup and restore jobs for the last seven days with the following three statuses:

Backup Data |
The Backup Data area illustrates the following data for the last 90 days:

Actions
The following table lists the actions on the Summary tab.
Action | Description |
Delete | You can delete a group using the Delete button. For more information, see Delete an administrative group. |
Edit | You can edit details of a group using the Edit button. For more information, see Update an administrative group. |
Resources
The Resources tab lists the servers or virtual machines part of this administrative group.
Field Description
The Servers tab provides information on the servers, part of this administrative group.
Field | Description |
Name | Displays name of the server or virtual machine. Clicking the name takes you to the virtual machine details page. |
Resource Type | Displays whether the server is a virtual machine or a physical server. |
