Service Plans

Heads up!

We've transitioned to a new documentation portal to serve you better. Access the latest content by clicking here.

A service plan allows Partners to map their Service Offering to Druva Product Offerings and Service Level Indicators (Workloads, Backup Frequency, and Retention). A service plan acts as a Service Definition Template for Partners that can easily be assigned to a customer while provisioning a customer tenant. This reduces the overhead for the partner tremendously and helps them align Druva Product Offerings to their Service Levels.

This guide contains detailed instructions for creating and managing your service plans.
