This report provides information about the backup set associated with each customer tenant's backup policy for the configured workloads in each organization. It also shows the job status of the last successful backup and restores.
You can perform an analysis and take corrective action based on the information in the report. For example, suppose the customer’s backup set completed the last successful backup operation one year ago, you can contact the customer to find out if the customer has any issues performing the backup.
To view the backupset report, click Reports > Backupset Report.
The following table lists the fields of the Backupset Report:
|Customer Name||The name of the customer the backup set is associated with.|
|Organization Name||The name of the organization in which the workload is configured. If there is no custom organization configured, Default Organization is displayed in this field.|
|Service Plan Name||The name of the service plan the customer is associated with.|
|Backup Set Name||The name of the backup set associated with the backup policy.|
|Backup Policy||The backup policy associated with the backup set.|
|Workload||The name of the workload associated with the backup set. Example: Files, OracleSBT.|
|Last Successful Backup Job ID||The unique identification number associated with the last successful backup job.|
|Last Successful Backup Completion Time||The time when the last successful backup operation was completed.|
|Last Successful Restore Job ID||The unique identification number associated with the last successful restore job.|
|Last Successful Restore Completion Time||The time when the last successful restore operation was completed.|
