Tenant Quota Report
Overview
Use this report to understand how much consumption unit quota has been used on a per-customer tenant basis.
Notes:
1. This report is only applicable for tenants with a consumption unit quota setup.
2. It might take 24 to 48 hours for the data to appear in this report

Login to the Managed Services Center > Click Reports > Click Tenant Quota Report.
You can apply filters on the section level or at the report level to generate customized reports. See, Apply filters.
This report comprises of the following sections:
Tenant Quota Summary
This section provides information about overall consumption unit quota allocation and consumption details for a customer.

Customer Name |
Name of the customer. |

Product |
Druva services that are used by the customer. For example, Hybrid Workloads, or SaaS Apps and Endpoints. |

Quota Allocated |
The quota in consumption units allocated for the customer tenant. |
|
Effective Date |
Date from which the allocated quota is effective. |
|
End Date |
Date till which the allocated quota is effective. |
|
Quota Consumed |
Quota consumed by the customer till the current date. |
|
Quota Consumed % |
Quota Consumed/Quota Allocated * 100. |
Consumption Itemized
This section provides granular information about the consumption unit and storage consumption of a customer. Entries are shown for each day between the start date and the end date. For example, if the start date is 1 January and the end date is 1 February, and if today is 15 January, you will see 14 (till 14th January) entries for each customer per product.

Date for which itemized consumption is being reported. |

Druva Edition |
Druva edition type of customer tenant. See, Plans and Pricing. |

Service Plan |
Service plan the customer is subscribed to on the mentioned date. |

Tenant Type |
The type of customer tenant - evaluation or commercial |
|
Normal Users (Active users) |
Count of active users that have been configured for backup. |
|
Preserved Users |
Count of users currently in a preserved state. |
|
Add Ons |
Add on Druva services consumed by the customer. For example, Sensitive data governance and unlimited data add-on. |
|
Total Storage (GB) |
Total storage consumed by the customer for all the workloads protected through the Druva services in GB. |
|
CU consumed |
Total consumption units consumed by the customer for the specific products as of the date. |
