Tenant Consumption Report

Overview

Use this report to understand the product usage and consumption for all or a specific customer. 

Note: It might take 24 to 48 hours for the data to appear in this report

View report 

Login to the Managed Service Center Console > Click Reports > Click Tenant Consumption Report

You can apply filters on the section level or at the report level to generate customized reports.   See, Apply filters

Note: By default, a filter is applied to display data for the last 30-days. 

This report comprises of the following sections: 

Tenant Consumption Summary

This section provides information about the total consumption units utilized by the customers. 

Field 

Description

Customer Name

Names of all the customers onboarded by the MSP administrator.

Product

Druva services that are used by the customer. For example, Hybrid Workloads or Microsoft 365.

Note: If a customer is using both services, two different entries are added for each product. 

CU consumed

Total consumption units consumed by the customer for the specific product (Druva service) between the selected date range. 

Credit Consumption Percentage

Percentage of consumption units consumed by a tenant of a customer divided by consumption units consumed by all tenants of all customers.

Product Summary

This section provides information about the total consumption units consumed by different products (Druva services) for all the customers. 

Field 

Description

Product

Druva services used. For example, Hybrid Workloads or Microsoft 365. 

CU Consumed

Total consumption units consumed for each Druva service between the selected date range. 

Consumption Itemized

This section provides granular information about the consumption units utilized by each customer on each day between the specified date range. Entries are shown for each day. For example, if the filter is applied for the last 30 days from 1 January, and if today is 15 January, you will see 14 (till 14th January) entries for each customer per product.  

Field 

Description

Customer Name

Name of the customer. 

Product

Druva services that are used by the customer. For example, Hybrid Workloads or Microsoft 365.

Note: If a customer is using both services, two different entries are added for each product. 

Date

Date for which itemized consumption is being reported. 

Druva Edition

Druva edition type of the customer tenant. See, Plans and Pricing.

Service Plan

Service plan the customer is subscribed to on the mentioned date.

Tenant Type

The type of customer tenant - evaluation or commercial.

Normal User Count (Active users)

Count of active users that have been configured for backup.

Preserved User Count

(Applicable only for Microsoft 365)

Count of users currently in a preserved state.

Add Ons
(Applicable only for Microsoft 365)
 

Add on Druva services consumed by the customer. For example, Sensitive data governance and unlimited data add-on.

Total Storage Consumed
(Applicable only for Hybrid Workloads)

Total storage consumed by the customer for all the workloads protected through the Druva services. 

CU Consumed

Total consumption units consumed by the customer for the specific products as of the date.
