Sign in to Managed Services Center

Learn various ways to sign in to Managed Services Center.

Overview

The Managed Services Center provides administrators the capability to manage and monitor service plans, customers, products, and alerts. However, administrators must sign in to the Managed Services Center to perform an activity.

Sign in using MSC account credentials

Logging into the MSC portal requires two-factor authentication. You need to specify the email address, password, and verification OTP to log into the portal successfully.

The account details are available in the activation email that Druva sends to the MSP administrators. Similarly, the verification OTP is sent to the registered email address.

For every new administrator, the MSC portal sends the activation email to the registered email address.

Procedure

  1. Open the Managed Services Center login page.
  2. Enter the email ID of your administrator account, and then click Next.
  3. Enter the password and click Submit.

  4. Enter the verification OTP sent to your registered email address, and then click Verify.

After getting access to the Managed Services Center (MSC), the Managed Service Providers (MSP) administrator can configure the MSC according to their business requirements.

Sign in using Single Sign-on (SSO)

If you are already signed in through your IdP, you must select the Druva Managed Services Center app in your IdP. With this action, you can directly sign in to Managed Services Center using your IdP. If you are not signed in to your IdP, perform the following steps to sign in using SSO.

Procedure

  1. Open the Managed Services Center login page.
  2. Enter the email ID of your administrator account, and then click Next. The SSO authentication page appears.
