Compliance Reports

Overview

Use this report to understand the non-compliance details for all or a specific customer.

Note: It might take 24 to 48 hours for the data to appear in this report.

View report 

Login to the Managed Services Center > Click Reports > Click Compliance Report

You can apply filters on the section level or at the report level to generate customized reports. See, Apply filters.  

This report comprises the following sections: 

Compliance Alerts Summary by Customers and Workloads

This section provides information about the non-compliance alerts generated for different workloads for different customers.

Field 

Description

Customer Name

Name of the customer onboarded by the MSP administrator.

Product

Druva services that are used by the customer. For example, Hybrid Workloads, or SaaS Apps and Endpoints.

Note: If a customer is using both services, two different entries are added for each product. 

Workload

 Details of the workloads configured for the customer. For example, File Servers for Hybrid Workloads or Exchange Online for Microsoft 365.

Non-Compliance Alert The type of non-compliance alert generated for the specific customer. For example, Non-Compliance Workload alert or Non-Compliance Min Retention Limit, and so on. See Alert Types.

Compliance Alerts Summary by Alert Type

This section provides information about the total number of non-compliance alerts generated for different Alert Types for all customers.

Field 

Description

Alert Type

Details of the type of non-compliance alert generated. For example, Non-Compliance Workload alert or Non-Compliance Min Retention Limit, and so on. See Alert Types.

Non-Compliance Alerts

Total non-compliant alerts are generated based on alert types for all customers.

Alert Details

This section provides granular information about the non-compliance alerts for each customer.  

Field 

Description

Customer Name

Name of the customer. 

Product

Druva services that are used by the customer. For example, Hybrid Workloads, or SaaS Apps and Endpoints. 

Note: If a customer is using both services, two different entries are added for each product. 

Druva Edition

Druva edition type of customer tenant. See, Plans and Pricing.

Service Plan

Service plan the customer is subscribed to.

Tenant Type

The type of customer tenant - evaluation or commercial.

Workload

Details of the workloads configured for the customer. For example, File Servers for Hybrid Workloads or Exchange Online for Microsoft 365.

Backup set name

Details of the backup set for which compliance was breached.

Data Source

Details of the Data Source for which compliance was breached. For example, a Server in case of Hybrid Workloads, and a user or a site name in case of Microsoft 365.

Alert Type

Details of the type of non-compliance alert generated. For example, Non-Compliance Workload alert or Non-Compliance Min Retention Limit, and so on. See Alert Types.

Compliance Limit

Details of the defined compliance limits in the service plan.

Non-Compliance Details Details of the compliance breach.
